A Japanese Manufacturer for SMT solutions is looking for a Customer Support and Service Engineer (f/m/d) in Neuss.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair and other service works
- Provide technical trainings for customers and partners
- Main contact for customers and partners about all technical issues & inquiries on calls, on-site, e-mail and any communication way.
- Responsible for documentation of service activities
Requirements
- University degree or vocational training with technical background
- SMT operation and/or maintenance experience
- Business Fluent English
- High willingness to travel to EMEA countries widely
- Strong intercultural and communication skills
- Logical approach to problem solving
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to work independently as well as in close cooperation in a team
- Good planning, organizational, time management
- High level of self-motivation
- Further European language skills preferred
- Experience as service engineer / technician for SMT equipment or SMT manufacturing process preferred
- Inspection machine (AOI) experience is more than welcome
