Overview
An electronics technology trading company with strong ties to the Japanese market is looking for a Sales & Sourcing Specialist to support and expand its European business.
This role covers sales, supplier development, and logistics coordination, working closely with European customers and headquarters in Japan.
You will be involved in end-to-end commercial activities, including client support, supplier search across Europe, and proposal activities for Japanese customers operating in Europe.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with European customers, mainly Japanese manufacturers

  • Support key accounts in the automotive and electronics sectors

  • Identify and develop European suppliers (semiconductors, sensors, electronic components)

  • Attend trade fairs and supplier meetings across Europe

  • Coordinate with internal teams on procurement, logistics, and delivery schedules

  • Act as a communication bridge between Europe and headquarters in Japan

  • Support business expansion projects across multiple European countries

 

Requirements

  • Full professional proficiency in Japanese and Business fluent in English are required
  • German communication skills preferred

  • Experience or strong interest in semiconductors, electronic components, or electronics-related industries

  • Sales, purchasing, logistics, or technical background is welcome

  • Willingness to travel within Europe (approx. 1–2 trips per month)

  • Proactive, mobile, and hands-on mindset

  • Open to training and development within the role
