JOB RESPONSIBILITIE
CDrive dealers to achieve markets sales objectives by following Commercial guidelines and find opportunities in term of dealers, customers, markets development.

【Key Responsibilities】
-Defines and executes short- and medium-term Sales Strategy in order to drive growth of sales volume and profitability.
-Ensure that sales strategies are based on an optimized customer-centric portfolio, constructed through collecting and analyzing market information.
-Responsible for managing accurately and securing distribution of new cars.
-Represent the Sales Division to the dealer network and create the link between the manufacturer and the dealers.
-Conduct market analysis and gain insights for strategies & initiatives.
-Monitors competitors’ activities, trends and prices to develop effective strategies to maintain Lamborghini competitiveness on the market.
-Presents new products to Dealers and Customers.
-Manage out of the ordinary needs with customers (VIPs management).
-Verify existence of requisites to access the awarding bonus (i.e.: CI/CD compliance, payment procedure, etc…) and achievement of quality/quantity parameters to get variable margins.
-Assist dealer’s personnel in meeting training requirements.
Drive dealers to achieve markets objectives:
┗Ensuring understanding and implementation of sales and marketing policies
┗Assist dealers with the overall effectiveness of CRM processes
┗Evaluating level of stock at dealers and pipeline orders in order to avoid breakdowns in supply vs. demand, resolves supply/demand issues with vehicle distribution in assigned markets
┗Monitors dealers’ compliance with vehicles allocation process
┗Monitor sales performance by models by dealers, and plan & execute counter actions.
┗Managed used car business
┗Interacting with “Sales Managers” at dealers in order to advice on how to improve performances
┗Identifying sales problems and developing action plans at dealers’ level.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Mandatory Qualifications (All must be met):

-Bachelor's or Master's Degree
-Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales or Planning related position (preferably in automotive or luxuty automotive)
-Language: native in Japanese, business or above in English (both written and spoken)
-Expert proficiency in negotiation, reporting, and sales planning
-Expert knowledge of distribution network
-Advanced proficiency in Project Management
