A Japanese chemical manufacturer specializing in adhesives and sealants is seeking a motivated professional to take care of existing customers and to drive new business development in Germany and Europe. The company provides high-quality materials to automotive industry and  aims to expand its business footprint to several industrial sectors.


Job Responsibilities
 

  • Taking care of existing customers

  • Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities in Germany and the European market

  • Conduct market research and analyze potential customers, industries, and applications

  • Initiate contact with prospective customers and build long-term business relationships

  • Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations in English and German

  • Prepare business proposals, quotations, and commercial documentation

  • Coordinate with technical, production, and R&D teams to support new projects

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract conclusion

  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management

  • Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events


Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of B2B business experience, preferably in sales or business development

  • Strong understanding of B2B business processes and customer acquisition

  • Business-level proficiency in English and German

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Ability to work independently and proactively

  • Eligibility to work in Germany
