Job Responsibilities
Taking care of existing customers
Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities in Germany and the European market
Conduct market research and analyze potential customers, industries, and applications
Initiate contact with prospective customers and build long-term business relationships
Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations in English and German
Prepare business proposals, quotations, and commercial documentation
Coordinate with technical, production, and R&D teams to support new projects
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract conclusion
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management
Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events
Job Requirements
Minimum 3 years of B2B business experience, preferably in sales or business development
Strong understanding of B2B business processes and customer acquisition
Business-level proficiency in English and German
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and proactively
Eligibility to work in Germany
