About the role
This role leverages technical knowledge while engaging in sales activities and client interactions. You will work closely with major automotive manufacturers and Tier 1 suppliers, providing product proposals, design support, and project management.
Responsibilities
Design of rubber gaskets and related products (model creation, drawing preparation)
Meetings and daily communication with automotive manufacturers and Tier 1 suppliers
Project progress management
Coordination with the Japanese technical team
Market research
Preparing quotations based on customer requests
Sales activities (mainly existing clients)
Clients
European automotive manufacturers, such as Audi, Porsche, BMW
Primarily existing clients (5–10 accounts)
Requirements
Mechanical Engineering background
Experience: Automotive industry experience preferred (but not mandatory)
Languages: English and German
Passion for cars and willingness to learn product knowledge
Additional information
Working Conditions
Travel: Within EU, approximately once every 2weeks (1–3 nights per trip)
Probation: 6 months
