A packaging materials and caps manufacturer for the food and beverage industry is hiring a Sales Supervisor(m/f/d) in Central Germany (southern Thuringia).
Job Responsibilities
The Sales Supervisor develops and manages sales strategies, builds good customer relationships, and supervises the sales process to achieve organizational revenue goals.
- Sales
Develop and implement sales plans and strategies.
Target the key performance indicators (KPIs)
Developing and managing a customer portfolio, maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients to actualize business opportunities.
Presenting our products or services to customers and win the long-term contracts.
Sales product management, maintain the sales product and design list. Lead the product qualification process with customer and internal departments.
Collaborating with internal departments, including SCM, logistic team, quality control department to ensure client satisfaction.
Order Management: Handle customer order/delivery process
Conduct the sales projects and market research

Manage delivery schedule of products/documents
Support delivery of products with logistic team
Job Requirements
Fluency in German and English is mandatory
At least 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in the manufacturing industry
Experience in packaging materials or sales to food and beverage manufacturers is a strong advantage

Working hours: 40 hours/week (7:00–16:00 production hours; flexible)
Holidays: 30 days per year
