A Japanese manufacturer company planning to hire a Field Engineer for our European office.
There products are used across a wide range of industries, including automotive, aerospace, electronics, and semiconductors, and play a critical role from the product development stage through to quality assurance.
In this position, you will serve as a key member of our sales and service network across Europe, providing end to end solutions. This includes proposing customized solutions based on customer requirements, offering technical support, and delivering after-sales services such as installation support and maintenance.
【Job Resresponsibilities】
Consulting with customers to assess needs and propose optimal product configurations (via email, online meetings or on-site visits)
Preparing 2D and 3D technical drawings based on customer requirements.
Creating technical documentation such as specifications
Performing performance calculations to ensure compliance with customer needs and test standards.
Conducting feasibility studies and test runs at our Technology Center in Düsseldorf
Coordinating specifications with our factories in Japan, USA and China.
Providing technical guidance to Sales and other internal departments
Supporting chamber commissioning and modifications
【JOB REQUIREMENTS】
MS Office
Valid driver’s license
Experience with CAD
English required / German is a plus
