JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Junior IT System Engineer responsible for the operation and improvement of the internal IT environment, you will be a member of the IT team supporting the stable operation and optimization of the company’s IT infrastructure.
You will be involved in a wide range of tasks, including improving the existing IT environment, monitoring security, managing various devices, and supporting ERP systems (Microsoft Business Central). Through collaboration with external IT service providers and other internal offices, you will contribute to strengthening the global IT framework.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
1. IT Infrastructure and System Operations Support
Support the improvement and reconstruction of the existing internal IT environment
Assist with overall IT security monitoring
Procure, configure, and maintain PCs, communication devices, and IT-related equipment
2. ERP System (Business Central) Related Tasks
Test and map business processes in Microsoft Business Central
Coordinate and collaborate with external IT service providers regarding ERP systems
3. IT Projects and Site Support
Plan and manage the progress of IT-related projects (including reporting to team leads and management)
Provide IT support to other locations (primarily in coordination with external vendors)
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must-Have Requirements (All required)
Basic knowledge of IT and a strong willingness to learn
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration
Business-level English proficiency (English is the company’s internal working language)
Positive attitude toward teamwork and support-oriented tasks
Strong sense of responsibility and flexibility
Valid visa that allows you to work in Germany
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge or experience with Microsoft Business Central
User-level experience with Power BI
Basic knowledge of networking (routing/switching), VoIP, and firewalls
Experience or understanding of working in an international business environment
Business-level proficiency in German or Japanese
Working hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
Remote work: 1–2 days per week after completion of the probation period
Paid annual leave: 30 days
Transportation allowance (based on the shortest route within Düsseldorf)
