Overview
A Japanese major chemical company is looking for a logistic coordinator due to the expand of their plastic business.
Responsibilities
Order handling: Processing orders, Purchasing goods from Japan and Asia base on the customer demand, Trouble shooting for shortage, pull-in or delivery delays through finding solutions together with the customer, suppliers or warehouse, Overseas custom clearance through issuing the necessary documents and communicating with local authorities for shipping, importing and exporting.
Customer Forecast Control.
Stock Control
Freight Cost Control
Customer Service, advise, and response their request and claim.
Requirements
Coordination Skill
Experience in logistic, importing from outside EU and distributing inside EU
Knowledge about Custom regulation, VAT rules and shipping documents.
Be able to work in a team
Business Fluent in English and in German
MS Office especially Excel
SAP experience is preferred
