A leading Japanese company specializing in the development, production and distribution of innovative photoresists, polymers and photopolymers is seeking a Mitarbeiter HR-Bereich (m/w/d).


Job Responsibilities
Operational Human Resources & Administration

  • Drafting and posting job openings, as well as managing the applicant process

  • Conducting job interviews and supporting the onboarding of new employees

  • Drafting employment contracts, contract amendments, and professional employment references

  • Maintaining and managing digital personnel files and absence management

  • Assisting with payroll processing and serving as the point of contact for external service providers

  • Communicating with social security agencies, government authorities, and workers’ compensation associations

 

HR Leadership & Development (Strategic Area)

  • Supporting management in workforce planning and needs analysis

  • Designing and implementing employee development initiatives (training, professional development, talent promotion)

  • Support in preparing and conducting performance reviews, as well as in developing employee retention measures and benefits

  • Conducting HR controlling, including analysis of relevant HR metrics

  • Ensuring compliance with labor law requirements and contributing to compliance, occupational safety, and data protection


Job Requirements

  • A completed degree in human resources management, business administration, law, or a comparable qualification

  • In-depth knowledge of labor and social security law as well as HR administration

  • Several years of experience in a general HR setting, ideally at a medium-sized or international company

  • A structured, meticulous, and independent work style

  • Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor when interacting with employees and managers

  • Discretion, reliability, and loyalty

  • Proficiency with MS Office and, if applicable, digital HR software

  • Very good German language skills; basic knowledge of English is desirable
