●Core Responsibilities
Conduct research and development on the design, prototyping, evaluation, and performance improvement of ceramic-based light-emitting devices
●Detailed Responsibilities
Develop ceramic light-source structures, including material selection, structural design, and thermal design
Perform optical, electrical, and thermal measurements and evaluate device performance
Integrate emitter chips with ceramic substrates through bonding and packaging processes
Examples: AuSn eutectic bonding, Ag sintering, wire bonding, etc.
Analyze experimental data, prepare reports, and present results
Collaborate with manufacturing, process, and packaging engineers
Conduct reliability testing, failure analysis, and long-term performance evaluation
Participate in technical discussions and design reviews
Manage laboratory equipment, ensure safety compliance, and contribute to continuous process improvement
■Qualifications
●Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Optoelectronics, Materials Science, Physics, or a related field
Experience in the development of light-emitting devices such as LEDs or laser diodes
Understanding of semiconductor fundamentals
Knowledge of thermal design and high-power device design
Experience in optoelectronics packaging
Skills in optical, electrical, and thermal evaluation
●Language Skills
Japanese: JLPT N2 level or higher
English or Chinese (for technical communication)
