KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, product operations, or go-to-market coordination, from telecommunications, technology, electronics, or related fields.
Knowledgeable in EU regulatory and compliance frameworks (CE / RED / RoHS / REACH)
Business level in German and English communication skills
Able to work 100% office-based near Köln
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
This role involves being responsible for the company’s products and services will be legally launched and sold in Europe.
Be a window person between HQ, compliance, operations, sales, and related authorities parties to ensure that products are ready for market, correctly documented, and fully compliant throughout their lifecycle.
Coordinate European product launches, including product data, documentation, portals, and internal readiness.
Ensure compliance with EU regulations (e.g. CE, RED, RoHS, REACH) and support regulatory and authority inquiries.
Maintain product master data, ERP entries, and customs information (commodity codes, dual‑use).
Publish and manage products, firmware, and documentation in partner and internal portals.
Organize internal product trainings and support Sales, Orders, Service, Engineering, and Marketing.
Manage product lifecycle activities, including end‑of‑life announcements.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Strong practical and hands-on experience in product management, product operations, or data management is strongly preferred.
Good understanding of EU compliance and market access requirements such as CE, RED, LVD, RoHS, REACH, and additional obligations (e.g. WEEE/ElectroG, USB‑C requirements, where applicable).
Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint; experience with SAGE (ERP), portal/CMS systems (e.g. Craft CMS), and ordering portals (e.g. NeoCRM) is an advantage.
Occasional travel within Europe may be required depending on business needs.
