A Japanese electronics manufacturer company is looking for a new Administrative & Sales Assistant.
-Office clerical work and minor administrative tasks like answering the phones, scheduling, filing, record keeping, translating, ordering office supplies.
-Sales support tasks like creating/updating price lists, quotations and sales data for Analysis.
-Processes sales related documents such as orders, purchase orders, invoices, checks out remittance and answers and screens customers’ request or questions etc
-Over 1 year of the related working experience
-Fluent in German and English (Japanese is advantageous)
