In chemical related company, you manage the Sales activities within your designated customers. With this, you
ensure a consistent and profitable growth in sales revenues. Finally, you identify new sales opportunities, work
out customer related strategies and set up action plans to improve our short- and middle-term sales and

• Establish and maintain relationships with designated customers
• Ensure appropriate range and quality of services and products
• Set up short-term and long-term business plans (in coordination with the Management)
• Prepare business plans and monitor progress
• Prepare and monitor the implementation of annual budgets
• Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly revenues and expenses to the Management
• Represent the company in negotiations with customers and suppliers
• Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all product areas


• A university degree in either an economical or technical study
• Minimum 3 years of related experience in the electronics industry
• Good sales (presentation, negotiation) skills
• Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies
• A good knowledge of the industry and a good network to decision makers
• Excellent communication skills (especially interculturally)
• Experience in working with Japanese business partners is a plus
