The opportunity has arisen for a Co-ordinator to join our Frankfurt office.
The main focus is related to the Exports/Imports of automotive parts from the UK and Continental Europe.
The primary role is to handle the complete supply chain process, including quotations, purchase orders, deliveries and invoicing
and to arrange the exports/imports to supply overseas Honda factories from UK/EU manufacturers.
-Raise quotations, purchase orders and invoices in line with customer order requirements.
-Calculate forward orders to meet production schedules, accommodating supplier and shipping lead times.
-Ensure goods are Imported/Exported through customs using the company's forwarding agent and supplied to the agreed point of delivery.
-Confirm all purchase costs and sales prices are correct and in line with the relevant quotations.
-Chase aged debt, to meet cash flow targets.
-Deal with customer and supplier queries timely on a daily basis, relaying them back through the supply route when required.
-Develop, maintain and improve successful relationships with our customers and suppliers.
-Attending training course to learn TQM Methodologies.
Include but are not limited to:
-Maintain detailed and accurate logs of any Quality claims, Coordinating information between customer and the manufacturer.
-Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to existing work processes in order to improve efficiencies in the Organisation.
-Keep updated an effective filing system of past and current business transactions.
-German and English (Native/Business fluent level), Japanese (Advantageous)
-Working knowledge and experience within a similar field such as: Logistics/Purchasing/Sales Co-ordination.
