Overview
An international manufacturing group with European operations in Germany is seeking a proactive and hands-on Corporate Operations & Governance Specialist (m/f/d) to support the continued localization and development of its European business structure.
This position plays a key role in supporting corporate operations, governance, compliance coordination, management support, and day-to-day administrative functions within a multicultural and international environment. The role works closely with local management and headquarters stakeholders while coordinating with external service providers across IT, legal, and operational topics.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a growing organization where structures and processes continue to evolve.
Responsibilities
Corporate Operations & Administration
Support smooth day-to-day business operations and internal administrative processes
Maintain structured documentation, filing systems, and corporate records
Coordinate internal workflows and support cross-functional business activities
Assist with office operations, facility coordination, and general corporate administration
Governance, Risk & Compliance
Support the implementation and maintenance of internal policies, governance frameworks, and compliance-related processes
Coordinate compliance documentation, mandatory trainings, policy tracking, and audit preparation
Assist in monitoring regulatory requirements and internal standards
Support risk documentation and internal governance initiatives
IT & External Service Coordination
Coordinate day-to-day IT-related topics with external service providers
Support office IT operations including hardware coordination, user support, and system-related administration
Assist with website maintenance and coordination of digital corporate tools
Support IT-related documentation and operational continuity
Management Support
Provide operational and administrative support to senior management
Prepare reports, meeting materials, presentations, and follow-up documentation
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and internal communication
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Communication & Corporate Support
Support internal and external communication activities
Coordinate website content updates and corporate communication materials
Assist with ad hoc projects and operational improvement initiatives
Requirements
Professional experience in corporate operations, governance, administration, compliance coordination, office management, or similar functions
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a structured working style
Business fluency in German and English is mandatory
Japanese language skills are considered an advantage
Experience working in an international or multicultural corporate environment
Hands-on and proactive mindset with the ability to work independently
Understanding of corporate processes, documentation standards, and compliance-related operations
Basic understanding of IT infrastructure coordination and external IT vendor management
High level of reliability, discretion, and adaptability
Experience in small to medium-sized international organizations is preferred
Benefits
Up to EUR 60,000 annual gross salary (depending on experience)
30 days fixed paid leave
Working hours: 38.5 hours per week
Hybrid work (home office up to 2 times per week)
