Japanese company in Düsseldorf is looking for candidate arranginh logistical and administrative process to ensure timely fulfilment of customer demands.
one year limited contract
・Customer Service operation for delivery from warehouse stocks to customers in Europe
・Receive and confirm purchase order from customers
・Order entry and follow-up in SAP
・Correspond with customers to adjust and confirm delivery details (product grade/quantity/date)
・ Arrange delivery and coordination with logistics service provider
・Issue shipping documents to customers
・Minimum of 3 years of logistic / customer service related job experience.
・Knowledge of import/export goods from/to outside EU countries including Incoterms is preferable
・ Experience in SAP
・Business level English and German skill
