A Japanese oriented trading firm with expertise in chemicals, plastics in Prague. They are looking for a new colleague for the position of Customer service (Logistics).
Job Responsibilities
Planning and coordination of imports/ Exports according to the customer requirements
Arrange delivery dates, communicate with sales representatives
Communicate with carriers, create and check export documents
Internal system (SAP ERP) operation, data input, issuance of PO, Invoice, etc.
Job Requirements
Very good phone/e-mail communication skills
Should be detail oriented and be familiar with import / export procedure and regulations (incl. VAT)
IT Skills for data entry into ERP(SAP) systems
Proficient in MS Office - particularly Excel
Responsibility and independence
Fluent English (Czech skill is advantage)
