Overview

A Japanese Manufacturer for SMT solutions is looking for a Customer Support and Service Engineer (f/m/d) in Neuss. 


Responsibilities

Responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair and other service works

Provide technical trainings for customers and partners

Main contact for customers and partners about all technical issues & inquiries on calls, on-site, e-mail and any communication way. 

Responsible for documentation of service activities

 


Requirements

University degree or vocational training with technical background

SMT operation and/or maintenance experience

Business Fluent English

High willingness to travel to EMEA countries widely

Strong intercultural and communication skills

Logical approach to solve problems

Strong sense of responsibility

Ability to work independently as well as in close cooperation in a team

Good planning, organizational, time management

High level of self-motivation

Further European language skills preferred

Experience as service engineer / technician for SMT equipment or SMT manufacturing process preferred

Inspection machine (AOI) experience is more than welcome preferred
