OVERVIEW
A multinational automotive parts and component manufacturer, producing high-quality products from thermoplastics for the automotive industry with injection moulding machines. Operating two factories with over 500 employees.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 8 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related fields.
Experience in accounting and finance for Automotive company is a must.
Business level in German and English communication skills
Able to work 100% office-based
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for cost analysis, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
Leading all daily operations: AP/AR, credit control, bank and account reconciliations, invoicing, payroll management etc.
Managing the whole process of month/quarter/year-end closings.
Possess budget, forecast, and planning processes
Perform financial management duties, including generating financial data, compiling and submitting KPI reports.
Collaborate with external audits and tax advisors
Supporting commercial and operational teams with financial insights and reports.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Experience in the finance and accounting field, including in a management position
Proficiency in MS Office (esp. Excel) and SAP-ERP accounting systems
Ability to collaborate with people at all levels of the organisation across regions
BENEFITS:
Base salary: 80,000€ - 120,000€ per annum
