Overview

An international IT firm is looking for a "HR Manager, EMEA" (f/m/d) as soon as possible. 


Responsibilities

Provide professional input and support in the key employment processes of recruitment, induction, performance management, discipline and grievances in accordance with company procedures, global policies, country specific laws and recognized good practice for Business and Functions (approx. 120+ employees)

Being the trusted partner for global and regional counterparts re Business and Functions

Ensure HR related policies and procedures are maintained, explained, understood and professionally implemented with a consistent approach

Provide an effective HR administration service ensuring that employee data/information is handled, stored, processed and retrieved in a professional, confidential, accurate and timely manner, in accordance with global policies, data protection and further requirements

Assist and advise on all issues related to terms and conditions of employment and interpretation of current employment legislation

Implement and monitor performance management systems in-line with business plan objectives throughout the division, thereby ensuring all managers have appropriate personal objectives and appraisals and the annual bonus/salary review is conducted effectively

Contribute to the development/maintenance of good HR practice and procedures within the Group, by actively participating and contributing in developmental work within the function, networking with other HR colleagues

Intense active cooperation and conflict handling with the co-determination bodies in the assigned countries

Active participation in international HR projects


Requirements

Excellent language skills both in German (C1-2) and English (C1-2)

Excellent self-organization skills,

Ability to work under pressure in a globalized matrix organization

Good understanding of German and further Western European Employment Law

Experience providing guidance, developing holistic performance improvement solutions, and evaluating success

Excellent communication skills to build effective relations with all levels of employees, management, and external partners (e.g. agencies, governmental authorities)

7+ years proven experience as a HR professional within a Business partner environment/focus in an international company
