Overview

Japanese company in Dormagen is looking for candidate arranging logistical and administrative process to ensure timely fulfilment of customer demands.


Responsibilities

• Control stock balance in order to avoid shortage or slow moving

• Plan and adjust supply from vendors in quantity and timing

• Build monthly purchase forecast to group companies and external vendors based on

information

• Maintaining transfer price within group companies

• Purchase administration for group companies and external suppliers

• Administration of direct sales from group companies to EU customers

• Analysis of material movement, advancement of KPI set

• Review and improve procedures and workflow

• Participation in projects

• General communication with vendors, sales managers and customers

• Cooperation with accounting and logistics service provider


Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of logistic / customer service related job experience.

• Professional apprenticeship in a relevant area

• Advanced knowledge of importing goods to EU countries

• Solid skills in SAP

• Good knowledge of MS office, mainly Excel

• Business level English and German skills
