You will be challenged to prepare, create and execute the Brand’s strategy to accelerate the Brand’s growth to be sustainable and bring growth in 2021.
1) 18-month rolling topline plan - Ensure 18-month activity calendar is in line with internal plan by collaborating with marketing & sales leaders - Co-develop topline plan for innovation with marketing
2) S&OP process facilitation as a representative of sales - Facilitate S&OP process for sales responsible meeting - Input sales perspective for latest demand
3) Strategic planning for three teams - Channel & customer marketing (channel strategy, customer activations, portfolio mgmt) - Shopper activation (promos, POSM, sales A&P mgmt) - Category management
4) Team development - Lead team with a clear purpose, improve ways of working, and ensure effective collaboration among and beyond the team - Performance management and development planning for the team
