A global logistics company backed by a Japanese transportation group and a German logistics partner, offering seamless freight forwarding, warehousing, and supply chain solutions through an extensive international network, is seeking a Sales Representative (m/f/d) to develop new business opportunities and build long-term customer partnerships.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain existing customer relationships while actively acquiring new customers.
Prepare quotations, pricing calculations, and commercial proposals, and support tender activities.
Prepare and deliver presentations and reports.
Monitor and document sales activities in our CRM system.
Independently plan and implement actions to achieve defined KPIs and sales targets.
Requirements
Completed apprenticeship/training in Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services (or equivalent commercial qualification) with relevant professional experience.
Good knowledge of the local market and a strong sense for identifying new business opportunities.
Business-fluent German and English skills, strong presentation abilities, and excellent communication skills.
Professional, confident, and customer-oriented approach when dealing with customers, partners, and colleagues.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and modern IT tools.
Strong organizational skills, initiative, and team-oriented mindset.
Valid Class B driver's license required.
