Overview

A japanese Company is looking for a Service Manager for CNC milling machines.

Responsibilities

Will have functional responsibility for in-house service team (no personal responsibility)

Must manage and take ownership of each open service case until resolved

Must be a good english communicator (verbal+writing) for communication mainly with dealer network, as well as end-users and other branch offices

Must be able to conduct field visits to dealers and/or end-users as required within Europe

Must be able to manage internal service spare parts warehouse

Should be able to cunduct field machine repairs and support installations as required within Europe

Should be able to develop relationships with European dealer´s key service personnel

Should be able to collaborate with internal sales team to conduct technical presentations, answer techincal questions, conduct time-studies

Should be able to evaluate dealer´s service staff level knowledge , identify gaps, offer improvement plan

 

Requirements

 

Has University, College or Vocational degree in Mechincal or Electrical Engineering

Has minimum 5 year´s experience in Service capacity in CNC-related field

Knows CNC machines service-level operation and good at trouble shooting

Has experience in CNC machine commissioning , repair, installation of option parts

Can operate CNC (milling) machines

Is hands-on / Can communicate clearly / Has multi-cultural mindset / Can explain and write technical solutions, explanations in english
