A German Software company on the field of MS Powerpoint Add-Ins is looking for a Support Engineer (f/m/d) in Berlin.
Responsibilities
- Responding to customers tickets by providing timely feedback with a solution or a suggestion for further troubleshooting
- Corresponding with developers about the customers problems to make sure the problem will not occur again
- Evaluating new tools to help with your work or working on creating them with developers
Requirements
- C++ Knowledge
- Business Fluent in English and German
- Attentive and detail-oriented
- Experience with Windows architecture and Intel assembly code is a plus
