Responsibilities
Administrative assistance for underwriting functions.
Invoicing, renewal of policies, tasking and keeping in touch with external outsource provides for data entry in close collaboration with underwriters.
Issuing Marine Certificates.
Issuing reinsurance slips and following up on reinsurance process.
Monitoring premium adjustable insurance by creating lists to control and constantly check lists.
Requirements
Completed training as insurance business assistant or certified insurance agent
Good understanding of underwriting
Ability to work in a team but also self-organized
Good knowledge of MS-Office
Business fluent in Italian and English. German is a plus.
