Responsibilities
-Support of the local sales team(s) as well as our operation team
-Interface between sales, customers, and operational departments
-Communication with our customers, partners and colleagues worldwide
-Care of existing customers
-Monitoring of the defined service level regarding transit times, terms, costs, etc.
-Processing of complaints (Communication, Solution finding)
-Introduce new ideas to optimize processes
