Overview
An International Logistics Platform is rapidly expanding its business in Europe. The European head office located in Warsaw is looking for a HR Recruiter (f/m/d) as soon as possible. Previous professional experience in Logistics Industry with bulk recruitment is absolutely required. Fluency in English and Polish is a requirement as well.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for full process of recruitment including sourcing, assessment, selection, on-boarding for all positions.
- Provide support to hiring managers in interviews and assist in decision on candidate outcomes.
- Develop and implement initiatives and programs to attract talent.
- Coordinate with external recruitment agencies for certain positions.
- Manage the entire recruitment process timely and in the highest quality.
Requirements
- University Degree or previous professional experience in Human Resources.
- Business Level Engish and Polish knowledge.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- The ability to perfom well under stressful situations such as deadlines.
- Very good planning and organizational skills.
