COMPANY OVERVIEW
A well-established and globally recognized company, operating at the forefront of innovation and service in various industries, is seeking a highly organized and efficient Administration and Accounting Assistant. This crucial role is geared towards bolstering the operational efficiency of the company’s operations across Europe, including its UK branch and a representative office of a distinguished international firm.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The Administration Assistant will undertake a broad range of administrative duties:

Precise data entry for customer and vendor information.

  • Management of invoice postings, including purchases and expenses.
  • Coordination of payment arrangements for vendors and oversight of accounts receivable collections.
  • Processing of employee and representative office expense reports.
  • Assistance with general accounting matters and support for audit processes (statutory, tax, internal).
  • Involvement in group consolidation efforts, balance confirmations with intercompanies, and preparation and filing of relevant documents.
  • Liaison with leasing companies for office needs, company cars, and equipment, in addition to managing office supplies and assisting with insurance arrangements.
  • Support to management in personnel and general affairs matters.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Ideal candidates will possess:
  • Junior level experience in accounting and office management.
  • Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and external communications.
  • Business level (Upper B2, C1 or more) German and English language proficiency, Japanese is an asset 

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

  • Prior experience with Microsoft NAV/Business Central or another major standard ERP system is a plus.

 

BENEFITS AND OTHERS

  • A work schedule of 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Thursday, 9:00-17:15, and Friday, 9:00-16:00).
  • An annual leave 30 days.
  • A six-month probation period.
  • Post-probation flexibility to work from home twice a week.
  • A three-month notice period for contract termination.
