JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
General
Support the Sales Management and Coordinate Delivery processes
Sales Management
Customer communication, mainly order and delivery handling
Sales product management, maintain the sales product and design list
Support the product qualification process
Order Management : handle customer order/delivery process
Support the sales projects and market research
Delivery Management
Manage delivery of products
Coordinate delivery of products with logistic provider
Arrange delivery documentation
Compare delivery cost by logistic supplier
Other
Support Production goods/equipment import/export
Arrange the factory-use goods purchase
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1-2 years of work experience in a relevant field
Business Fluent in German and English
Good communication and organizational skills
Driver’s License preferrable
