A global system supplier of thermal management solutions for all mobility sectors. Specialized in injection molding, fluid injection technology, projectile injection technology and blow molding, as part of a Japanese parent company's group.
There are three production plants in Germany and approximately 500 employees there.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as the figurative head of the organization when communicating with stockholders, government entities and the general public.
- Lead the development of the organization’s long- and short-term strategies by working with senior stakeholders.
- Manage overall operations and make major decisions affecting the organization.
- Manage the organization’s resources and company organizational structure.
- Identify and address companywide problems in order to minimize risks to the company
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience as CEO/President/MD who successfully made to lead a turnaround and got the company back on track.
- Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision
- Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles
- An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
- Native German speaker plus fluent English
- Location: South Germany (not Munich)
