JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform installation, start-up, and calibration of the environmental test equipment at customer sites.
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and performance checks on the products.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers and train them on equipment operation and maintenance.
- Work with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Must hold knowledge and experience in engineering, electronics, or related fields.
- Must be fluent in English. (German is an advantage)
- Experience with service and maintenance of environmental test equipment will be an advantage.
- Willing to travel all over Europe.
