JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- New Customer Acquisition:
- Identify and approach new clients within the paper industry. Participate in trade shows, seminars, and lead-generation activities.
- Customer Interaction and Proposals:
- Responsible for communicating with clients. Understand customer needs and provide suitable equipment and solution recommendations.
- Utilize specialized knowledge of paper machinery and process improvements to offer optimal products to clients.
- Follow-up with Existing Clients:
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and conduct regular follow-ups. Adapt to changing customer needs and provide support.
- Market Research and Competitor Analysis:
- Research market trends in the paper industry and analyze competitors. Gather strategic information for decision-making.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Knowledge of Paper Machinery:
- Essential understanding of paper industry equipment and processes. Familiarity with paper machinery mechanisms and operations is crucial for effective client communication.
- Sales Experience:
- Proficiency in lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals. Skills related to prospecting, contract negotiation, and closing are vital.
- German and English Proficiency:
- Business-level German and English is a must.
