A Japanese company dealing with gas detection equipment and environmental measurement products is looking for a Order management specialist (m/f/d) in Frankfurt area.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Making shipping arrangement upon receipt of orders from customers. Based on orders from customers, recreate order confirmation with SAP and send it back to the customer.
- Communicating with the customers regarding the lead time of the shipment of the goods.
- Communicating with the head office in Japan and logistics companies regarding the shipment of the goods.
- Using the warehouse at a third-party company, so needs to provide shipping instructions to them and check when it arrives.
- Supporting sales members with inquiries from the customers.
- Catalog arrangement of gas detectors
- Will be in charge of 15-20 customers
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the logistics field
- Language proficiency in English (business fluent)
- German or Japanese languages would be an advantage
