Responsibilities
- Cell culture and analysis
- Skin explant and analysis
- Cell extraction from skin biopsies
- Production and management of cell bank
- Methods development, validation and improvement
Requirements
- Expert knowledge in Molecular biology
- Protein extraction from cells and tissues
- Electrophoresis and Western Blot (+ Dot blot)
- RNA extraction from cells and tissues
- RT-qPCR
- Basic Knowledge in Cell biology
- Being able to write and analyze protocols using MS Excel
- Business fluent in English and French
