A Japanese connectors producer who has almost 100 years long run in the business with 13 manufacturing sites and sales offices in 17 different countries.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- In charge of the semiconductor and component products
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and expertise including new company's offerings and effectively communicate their value proposition to clients
- Manage and maintain existing and new customers in Germany and other countries in the EU (except France) to maximise sales opportunities
- Be accountable for managing a portfolio of accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving revenue targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, logistics and supply chains, quality control, accounting and finance, etc.
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective support
- Address any concerns or issues raised by clients and collaborate with internal teams to resolve them
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- At least 5 years of professional experience in account management, sales, or business development
- Experience in semiconductor, electronics component, or automotive parts products
- Experience in Automotive or Electronics industry
- Holding an EU driving license - Class B
- Business level in German and English communication skills
