Overview

A Japanese Manufacturer for SMT solutions is looking for a Customer Support and Service Engineer (f/m/d) in Neuss. 


Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair and other service works
  • Provide technical trainings for customers and partners
  • Main contact for customers and partners about all technical issues & inquiries on calls, on-site, e-mail and any communication way. 
  • Responsible for documentation of service activities

Requirements

  • University degree or vocational training with technical background
  • SMT operation and/or maintenance experience
  • Business Fluent English
  • High willingness to travel to EMEA countries widely
  • Strong intercultural and communication skills
  • Logical approach to problem solving
  • Strong sense of responsibility
  • Ability to work independently as well as in close cooperation in a team
  • Good planning, organizational, time management
  • High level of self-motivation
  • Further European language skills preferred
  • Experience as service engineer / technician for SMT equipment or SMT manufacturing process preferred
  • Inspection machine (AOI) experience is more than welcome
