JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The role involves leading the design, development, and maintenance of our upcoming software product and managing the team responsible for its creation. We are currently developing a beta version and plan to officially release it before the summer of 2024. We are looking for a candidate who can take the initiative in designing and developing the software, while also expanding and managing the team to achieve our goals.

  • Frontend and Backend development 
  • Design and implementation of user interfaces 
  • Development and integration of RESTful APIs and AI services 
  • Database design and management 
  • System operations and feature additions related to AI chat 
  • Optimization of performance and security 
  • Management and leadership of teams and projects 
  • Design, development, and deployment of new features

 

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must have:

  • Experience in frontend development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript 
  • Experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs 
  • Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases 
  • Experience with Git and other version control tools 
  • Design and implementation experience with React and Python (2+ years) 
  • Team management experience (3+ years)

 

Nice to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field 
  • Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) 
  • Experience with modern frameworks and libraries such as NestJS 
  • Experience with container technologies (Docker) 
  • Experience with CI/CD tools 
  • Understanding and experience with Agile development methodologies 
  • Skills in data analysis and visualization 
  • Experience with AI development tools 
  • Knowledge and practical experience in machine learning and deep learning

 

 

  • Location: Japan/Tokyo or Germany/Stuttgart 
  • Working Hours: 8 hours per day. 
  • Weekends and public holidays off. 
  • Paid leave available.
