Head of Accounting and Finance (f/m/d)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise across countries accounting and finance teams which are in UK and Germany
• Respond to the entire Accounting & Finance Operation Management including AP, AR, P/L, Cash flow, Account Reconciliation, Taxation, Reporting and Forecasting
• Daily monitoring of accounting activities
• Improve accounting quality and provide comprehensive financial analysis
• Prepare the financial annual plan to ensure the completion of financial objectives
• Provide accounting and financial reports
• Respond to tax planning as well as maintain good cooperation relations with stakeholders (government sectors and external audit firms)
• Complete the annual review of import VAT and TAX
• Involve in annual group internal and external audits and obtain qualified audit reports, together with providing and preparing sufficient documents
• Make sure the legal entity and person compliance comply with the regulations.
• Respond and approve the financial budget
• Build up accounting and finance teams in UK and Germany

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 8 years of overall hands-on experience in the fields of Accounting and Finance
• Team management experience
• Experience in Accounting and Finance in manufacturing would be advantaged
• ACC or CIMA accounting certificate is required
• Basic knowledge in IFSR and GAAP
• SAP system using experience
• Business communication skills in German and English
