As a Legal Counsel, you are going to inform, give advice and support our management and other departments regarding company relevant, legal questions of all kind.

- Drawing up and checking German and mostly English contracts
- Discussion regarding contracts (also in direct contact with the client on site), as well as the legal support of projects
- Legal consultation and support to the management and the specific departments, with special attention to following matters:
- General Contract and Business Law
- Sales and Commercial Law
- Competition Law
- Antitrust law
- Data protection
- Internal compliance measures
- EU law and partly also international contract law
- Anglo-American law
- Leading and Coordination of communication with external lawyers
- Binding element to authorities and courts
- Conducting internal trainings regarding compliance topics
- Noticing complex and demanding tasks
Qualifications:
- Degree in law with at least two satisfactory state exams
- Two years of professional experience in the legal department of an international or an economically oriented company Law firm is preferred
- Extensive expertise and practical experience in contract law
- Understanding of economic and technical contexts as well as practical solutions
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a fast apprehension
- Problem-solving skills, strong communication skills and a high degree of initiative
- Very structured and independent way of working with a pronounced business expertise
- You feel comfortable in a multicultural environment and actively contribute to a team-oriented way of working
- Experience abroad in English-speaking countries would be an advantage

- German native
- Fluent in English, spoken, as well as written
- Further language skills are a plus
