Overview
Responsibilities
Order handling: Processing of new and scheduled orders for new and existing customers, Purchasing goods from suppliers based on customers demands, Troubleshooting for shortages, pull-in or delivery delays through finding solutions together with the customer, suppliers or warehouse, Oversee custom clearance through issuing the necessary documents and communicating with local authorities for shipping, importing and exporting
Customer forecast control: Receive and validate incoming forecast sheets, schedules and call-offs, Communicate inconsistencies with customers, Make purchasing decisions based on estimated customer demands
Stock Control: Ensure all products are in stock in the warehouse in the right quantity, Perform random cycle stock checks with the warehouse to compare administrative and physical stock levels and determine causes in case deviations occur
Freight Cost Control
Customer Service, advise customers on products and respond to their requests and claims

Experience in logistics and supply chain in the automotive industry
Knowledge on Custom regulations VAT rules and shipping documents
Self-motivated and organized
Be able to work in a team well
Business Fluent in English and German
