KEY REQUIREMENT

• Experience in economics, banking, finance, or accounting analysis
• Front office / Business development skill set
• Able to work 100% Office based in Frankfurt (5 mins from Hauptbahnhof  by S-Bahn S1, S2, S5, S6, S8)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be indispensable for clients’ portfolio management by empowering clients through specialised guidance and actionable strategies
• Facilitate efficient financial services operations for clients through company’s platforms as well as offer customised solutions to effectively meet each client's specific needs
• Deliver exceptional service and build strong client relationships consistently
• Work closely with sales and business development teams
• Address concerns, foster open communication with internal teams, and collaboratively develop solutions that enhance customer satisfaction

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Economics, Banking, Finance, or Accounting environment
• Proficient in sales, business development, or account management
• Business level in German and English communication skills
• Eligible to work in Germany
