Operational & Managerial
To achieve qualitative/ quantitative business targets through the deep understanding of the customers and proactively offering proposals to the clients
Product sales and development
Creating pitches to the clients
Transaction banking promotion
Managing the progress of the profit/ sales situation in the team / department
To be responsible for the control of asset quality in the team / department through the proper credit risk management
