COMPANY OVERVIEW
A subsidiary of one of the world's largest retail groups, with over 150 years of experience in global trade and a presence in nearly every sector of the economy, is seeking a dedicated and qualified part-time or full-time Sales Assistant for their textile division located in Hamburg's city centre.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Processing orders and documentation using SAP S/4HANA
- Communicating with foreign suppliers, customers, and service providers
- Managing risks related to foreign exchange, credit insurance, and letters of credit
- Handling customs clearance for import and export
- Preparing Intrastat declarations
- Controlling invoices
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Apprenticeship in wholesale and foreign trade, freight forwarding, industry, logistics, or shipping
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in written and spoken English
- Proficient IT skills, particularly in MS Office and SAP S/4HANA
- Experience in the import and export processing of commercial transactions
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
- Working experience in the textile, apparel field will be an asset

Annual Leave: 30 days of holiday per year(after 4 years of service +2 days on top, maximum 35 days)
Flexible Working Arrangements: 37.5 hours per week. Flex in working hours and opportunity to work from home up to 2 days per week.
