KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Strong experience and knowledgeable in logistics/trade compliance laws and regulations.
Knowledgeable in RPS – Restricted Party Screening
Fluency in Chinese and English
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The role will consist of ensuring international trade activities in compliance with local and international regulations.
Monitor the ever-changing landscape of trade regulations, tariffs, and sanctions imposed by various countries.
Review and verify trade documents (invoices, packing list, certificates of origin, and bills of lading) as well as record accurate data and documentation in the system.
Ensure all import and export activities comply with the application laws and regulations, minimising risk of fines and penalties.
Work closely with the legal team to help with business terms and conditions and create operational procedures.
Support regular and internal audits to ensure compliance.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
At least 3 years of experience in international trade, trade compliance, logistics, or supply chain management
Practical experience in RPS – Restricted Party Screening
Hands-on mentality, detail-oriented, energetic, and can-do attitude
Eligible to work in China
Fluency in Chinese and English
