A leading manufacturer of weighing solutions and complete systems for the food and packaging industry, with over 100 years of expertise. The company develops and installs innovative technologies for food applications (fresh products, snacks, ready meals, frozen goods, pet food) and selected non-food sectors (pharmaceuticals, chemicals, plastics, metal parts).
Job Responsibilities
Perform scheduled service, maintenance, and repairs, ensuring top quality and customer satisfaction
Assemble and commission machines and systems independently
Guarantee equipment reliability and smooth operation
Provide basic operator training after installations
Diagnose faults and carry out on-site and remote repairs
Identify spare parts needs and manage troubleshooting by phone
Prepare and execute internal and external tests
Support workshop activities, including repairs and modifications, and assist with warehouse tasks when needed
Deliver internal and external training sessions
Job Requirements
Completed vocational training in electrical engineering; ideally further qualification as master craftsman or technician (e.g., mechatronics, energy systems)
EFK certification
Experience in service and assembly
Solid knowledge of mechanics, electrical engineering, control systems, and pneumatics
Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools (SAP preferred)
Knowledge of PLC programming (SIEMENS or similar)
Excellent German and English skills
Independent, detail-oriented, and responsible work style
Strong customer focus and team spirit
Willingness to travel across Europe (Mon–Fri)/Travel frequency around 60-70%
Valid Class B driver’s license
