A Japanese leading company in the seal industry is looking for a Supply Chain & General Affairs (m/f/d) in Munich area.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Order Processing
- Process orders via email
- Check data accuracy in orders
- Contact clients if necessary
- Data Entry on ERP system
- Prepare and process Order to Japan
- Prepare and process Order confirmations to customers
Invoice Processing
- Control Payment from Customer
- Check invoices for data accuracy
- Send Invoices to Customers electronically
- File paper documents
- Organize, collect and file electronic documents on electronic filing system
Delivery management (Responsible for deliveries from Japan to Europe)
- Data entry on ERP system
- Track shipments
- Book and arrange shipments with carriers/forwarders
- Communication with logistics providers
- Communication with the head office in Japan
- Communication with European customers
Sales Administrative works
- Prepare shipping documents
- Prepare Invoices
- General administrative support
- Data entry on ERP System
- Maintain and updating sales and customer records
- Develop monthly reports
Inventory control
- Check stock levels regularly
- Complete the required paperwork when ordering stock
- Update stock information on ERP system
- Order Stock items as needed
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Business fluent in Japanese and English are required, preferably German is a plus.
- After the probationary period (6 months), home office is available several days a week.
- Must hold a working visa in Germany
- Working immediately is preferred.
