A Japanese factory automation company is looking for a technical sales representative (m/f/d) in Stuttgart.

 
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • We are looking for a technical sales representative to work with our end users and machine manufacturer customers, mainly in the automotive industry. (We will consider your skills and experiences. Promotion to a supervisory position may be possible in future.)
  • You will be responsible for locating new customers with a focus on newly launched products (magnetic clamps and index tables) in the European market.
  • You will be expected to develop a mid- to long-term sales strategies and work autonomously to implement them. (Home office is allowed as per an agreement)
  • In addition to the above sales activities, you will also be responsible for the development of new products for new business fields in collaboration with the product development department in our head quarter.
  • Other duties related to the above sales activities (such as preparing for exhibitions, updating the website, etc.) may also be assigned as required
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (details)
  • The main focus of the position is to locate new customers for a newly launched products (magnetic clamps and index tables).
  • *Area of sales covered: All of Europe (initially within Germany and neighboring countries)
  • In the initial stage, you may be assigned to manage some of our existing important customers in order to understand our business model.
  • Market analysis (market share, competitors, quality, price, service, etc.), planning and executing mid- to long-term business growth strategies
  • A series of tasks related to sales activities (product explanation, technical support, sales report, quotation, on-site support, after-sales service, agent support, etc.)
  • In addition, you will be responsible for organizing exhibitions, website updates, and the improvement and maintenance of sales management tools.
  • There is a possibility of job trainings and business travels to the head office in Japan, if necessary.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Looking for a person who is able to set their own goals and work autonomously.
  • German (native), English (fluent) and other language proficiency is preferred.
  • Some technical training background (degrees, knowledge, experiences, etc.) is additionally preferred
