A global consulting and insurance brokerage firm is seeking a Sales Representative to support Japanese corporate clients in Southern Germany. The company provides comprehensive risk management and insurance solutions to clients worldwide.
Responsibilities
Develop new business with Japanese companies in the Munich and Stuttgart regions (approx. 70%)
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients in the region (approx. 30%)
Promote and sell corporate insurance products such as fire insurance and liability insurance
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized insurance solutions
Provide consultation and support to Japanese corporate clients regarding insurance needs
Report to the regional Director
Support account management and client retention initiatives
Requirements
Proven experience in new business development or sales
Native-level Japanese and business-level English proficiency
Valid driver’s license and ability to drive in Europe
Strong networking skills, especially with Japanese expatriate communities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
